Ingredients

2 tbsp Nestlé Everyday Ghee

25 gms Chopped Kaju (Cashew nuts)

1 ltr Nestlé a+ Nourish Milk

25 gms Kishmish (Raisins)

1 kg Grated Carrots

1/2 tin (200 gms) Nestlé MILKMAID

Recipe

  1. Bring grated carrots and milk to a boil in a pan. Cook and stir continuously on a low flame until milk dries up.
  2. Add Nestlé MILKMAID and wait for it to dry again.
  3. Add ghee and cook for around 10 minutes. Garnish with dry fruits and serve hot.

Ingredients

1 tsp Jaiphal (Nutmeg) Powder

1 tsp Baking Soda

200 gms Maida (All-Purpose Flour)

1 tin (400 gms) Nestlé MILKMAID

3 cups grated carrots

1 cup (150 ml) Aerated Soda

100 gms Butter

1 tsp Baking Powder

Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Add maida, baking soda, baking powder and nutmeg powder to a dish.
  2. Dust carrots with some maida.
  3. Add melted butter to Nestlé MILKMAID. Alternatively, add maida mix and aerated soda to MILKMAID mixture. Lastly, fold in carrots.
  4. Grease and dry dust a baking tin. Pour batter and bake at 180 degrees C for 45-50 minutes or till done.
  5. Let it cool, then serve sliced.

Ingredients

10 cashew / kaju (halves)

1 tsp khoya

¼ tsp saffron / kesar

2 tbsp raisins / kishmish

2 tbsp pistachios

1½ cup carrot (grated)

¼ cup sugar

1 tbsp ghee / clarified butter

4 cup milk

¼ tsp cardamom powder / elaichi powder

Recipe

  1. Saute 1 tbsp ghee and carrots in a kadhai, followed by saffron and milk. Bring it to a boil while on a medium flame.
  2. Stir till 10 minutes or until the milk thickens.
  3. Crumble some khoya, add ¼ cup sugar and stir well.
  4. Once you get a creamy texture, add fried cashew-raisins and cardamom powder. Mix well.
  5. Serve chilled or hot.
